When Christina Aguilera appeared at the 2013 American Music Awards in late November, she created quite a buzz -- not just because of her white-hot cutout gown.
The 32-year-old also showed off a dramatic body transformation, proving that she just “keeps getting better.” Was it a nip-tuck or a painfully strict diet that led to the star dropping a reported 40 pounds?

“Laughter, happiness, breathing, and I did some yoga,” Aguilera told Extra TV. Sounds simple, right?
She's also in touch with her inner kid when it comes to cardio.
“I have these paintball guns, and we’re just blowing off steam,” says Aguilera of her preferred stress buster. “It’s so much fun.”
Even Adam Levine, a fellow coach for “The Voice,” thinks it's a brilliant idea. “I need to get paintball guns in my house,” he says. “That’s the best idea I’ve ever heard in my life.”
Back in July, sources close to the artist told E! News she’s been “trying new exercises,” as well as “trying things she loves and enjoys rather than stuff to just ‘lose weight.’” And what better way to shed the pounds than by playing a fun sport?
