During a visit to the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, England, the Duchess of Cambridge may have inadvertently announced the gender of her royal baby. But was it a slip of the tongue, or is the press reading too much into her words?
After a fan handed the Duchess a teddy bear for her unborn child, Kate graciously accepted and allegedly said, "Is this for our d—" before stopping herself in mid-sentence. Some witnesses attest that she was about to say "daughter," but when asked by a spectator if that's what she almost blurted, Kate replied, "No, no, no, no, I'm sure, I'm sure. We don't know [the sex of the baby], so …" The Sun has the video.
