Watch as Chef Ryan Scott, host of "Food Rush" on the Live Well network, shows us how to remove the legs, separate the drumlets from the thighs, slice the breasts off the backbone and remove the wings.

Before you get started, make sure you have a sharp knife, Chef Scott says.

“The bad cuts come from a dull knife…so sharp knives are important," he explains. "Get your knives sharpened and have one great knife to do this.”
