If none of the other recipes tickle your fancy, be certain to give this one a try. This already antioxidant-filled smoothie gets and ever healthier kick with Kale and adds to the delicious color as well!

Kale, Apple, & Banana Smoothie

Yield: 
1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Chopped Apple
  • 1/2 Chopped Banana
  • 1/2 cup of Orange Juice
  • Large kale leaves (stems and ribs removed)
  • Optional - ice (if fruits unfrozen)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend and serve!
