While she uses Caibos milk chunks, you can certainly use your favorite brand of chocolate chips.
To up the fun-factor, you can top your mug off with your favorite toppings. Katzie opts for whipped cream, cocoa powder, Max Brenner's ChocoPops and a decadent drizzle of caramel. Yum!

Max Brenner's Pure Milk Hot Chocolate
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup milk
- Heat cream in a saucepan and pour over chocolate.
- Whisk to combine.
- Heat milk to 140 degrees and whisk into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
- Top with marshmallows, whipped cream and cocoa, or caramel sauce and whipped cream.
