A grilled cheese sandwich always hits the spot. To get into the Olympic spirit, New York City's Westside Market brought us a recipe inspired by flavors from around the world.

This sandwich is so easy to assemble that the hardest part might be getting yourself to the grocery store to purchase the Kefalograviera, Kerrygold and red Gouda cheeses. But a slice of each — from Greece, Ireland and Holland, respectively — will make a perfect combination for a grilled sandwich on Old Country sliced bread with a bit of butter spread.
