Michael Tammero made the most of New York Fashion Week.

And in this edition of In the FOXLight, he takes us behind the runway where he spoke with designers Carolina Herrera, Elie Tahari and Nicole Miller about their upcoming collections.

Herrera describes her new line as having a “hint of the ‘40s,” and Miller reveals that she used menswear as inspiration.

Meanwhile, Tahari took a  different approach, presenting his line in a building that used to be a bank vault.

“I knew I wanted to be part of the joy of Fashion Week,” Tahari says.
